Our Little Pumpkin

Halloween is almost here and this past Saturday we made it a date to go and pick out a magnificent pumpkin. We went to the pumpkin patch here in Irvine. It was HUGE and a REAL pumpking patch.Thats right real! It had fields and fields of pumpkins that you could literally pick. This was by far the coolest pumpkin patch we have been to. At first we thought we wanted to usual pumpkin for great carving..... chunky. Actually I cannot lie... chunky things during the holidays are my FAVORITE! Chunky pumpkins, chunky turkeys, big chunky Christmas trees! Anyway, you get my drift. So at first we thought this was our winner. Nick is showing us what a great pumpkin he found.

Well, I came across a tall pumpkin and it was super cute, so we decided we needed to keep searching for our pumpkin (Or as Maria my coworker likes to say, "punkin" because she is an amazing latina and cannot pronounce it! I Love Maria!) Here Nick is doing quite the analysis on the pumpkins.

And of course here I am goofing off and trying to immitate this crazy contorted pumpkin. You should of seen this thing it was super crazy (especially on the side that was closest to me). I think it got cast out because look how they seperated it! Poor pumpkin! Some would say this pumpkin and I have lots in common..... we are very weird.

Nick and I always laugh at how our weights are so different in size. Now... I know I am dramatic, but look at him..... He looks like an underwear model with clothes on! Look how he is posing.... he is a crack up. Me..... well there aren't any words that can describe me.
I found it! Tall but at the same time perfectly good for an amazing Jack-o-lantern!

Just wondered how it felt to be pregnant and a penguin. Penguin because holding it like this made me waddle! Yeah....that pumpkin was very heavy!

First thing on our list as soon as we got home..... Give our little Pumpkin a bath! Thats right a bath.

It was quite the eventful day. YAY HALLOWEEN IS COMING!
