Celebrate Good Times COME ON!

Thats right.... You guessed it. Nick and I have been married for more than one year! YUP! I cannot believe it. CRAZY! The time has flown by!

For our first anniversary we kept going back and forth about what we wanted to do for a couple months. We finally figured it out! We are HUGE outdoorsy people so we decided to go camping. I got out of work early early on Friday, we packed up our Toyota Corolla and headed to San Onofre. It was gorgeous! We seriously have everything for camping so we were set! We got to the beach unpacked everything and headed down to the beach. It was so cool because we hiked down to the beach. Our view from on top of the cliffs were amazing! Then we walked down and walked along the beach. IT WAS GORGEOUS! (Sorry we cannot share it with you Nick and I both forgot the Camera even though we reminded each other. We are so bad. I promise we will be better in the future when we have kids.) We spent quite a long time down on the beach. We had a blast.

We then went back to our campsite and just played cards, laughed, made dinner and sat by the campfire laughing at stories when we were young and since we have been married. It was so special. We even made hot chocolate while sitting by the campfire. If you know me... two jackets, a fire, and hot cocoa does not make me warm.

I bought the coolest sleeping bag for Nick before we got married to use when we were married and it was a double person sleeping bag! It is so much fun! So of course we used that for the first time. It couldn't have been better!

The next day we just hung out for a while til noonish. And we headed home to continue our fun day!

Tiffany-Ann, Nick and Gavin came up and spent the night with us and we had so much fun! Of course popcorn and slush were apart of our night. (Have you ever gone to any of the Ball children's home and not had popcorn and slush? I mean really) Played games and watched Ninja Warrior probably the coolest Japenese show ever. Gavin is too cute and calls us "Ni" and "Ju" for Nick and Juji. We love it. Its so much fun!

Basically we had the most amazing anniversary. My husband is the greatest husband and my best friend. He does so much for our family and definitely shows and tells me how much he loves me everyday. I am so glad I married the man of my dreams and my best friend.
